Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Crispy and juicy, this cutlets are one of my faves! You can alternate the minced meat to your liking, beef, pork, chicken or turkey or you can mix two different kinds too!
I hope you enjoy!

My mother made these, and more, all the time when I was growing up. She made them with ground beef and ground pork mixed, never coated them with bread crumbs though and used just sliced bread instead of a roll. Left the best smell throughout the house. Watching this video makes me glad I learned to cook from her over the years all the traditional Polish dinners before she passed away last year.

@DabneyFountain - I use often extra virgin olive oil, especially in salads and pasta dishes. Cutlets would go perfectly with mashed potatoes and some fresh salad. My favorite salad for that would be "mizeria" made from fresh cucumbers with bit of cream and baby dill.

I use pork or chicken, my mom tends to mix it from time to time as well but she would still keep the main portion pork and then to make it a bit less fat she would add lean veal or chicken or turkey :)
