Alex , you have already met that one person who would love you with every fiber of his being for as long as he is able to draw a breath... and you probably don’t even know he’s alive. My advice is for you to throw away your “checklist” of who you want to know better and simply follow your heart. Choosing this path will, most likely, cause you more pain and heartache but then you may be finally able to shed the layers of lies you have always told yourself. Perhaps then you will will be able to clearly see the world around you. Trust me, when you can truly see around you be prepared to see, and feel, wonderful things. Mike

What I love most about this was he wasn't showboating for the camera; so many proposal videos are actually quite selfish in their focus. Rather, he was doing things that he knew would make her feel comfortable & loved and showed respect & love for her family by including them as well. May God bless their lives together. 💕

@@1216miriam I was a single mum for 14 years. Had a on and off again DV relationship for 10 of those years. And after it hit its peak and I was pinned by my throat to a wall off the ground. (My son wasn't there and I called police had a DVO put in place). One day I went away with a couple of girlfriends for a get away and I met the most beautiful, caring soul. Who loves me for me. We have been together now almost 3 years and I love him more and more every day! If that can happen for me. Then anyone can find their person. Don't let the bad you've experienced keep you from letting people in. Xxx you are worthy of love!!

This was so beautiful and touching. Unfortunately the technology didn't exist for us to do something similar and I was in the Navy stationed in Rota, Spain in 1979 and she in Washington state when I proposed. It took 3 weeks for me to receive a reply to my letter. She said "Yes" with one stipulation... I had to tell her mother... but it went well. My wife and I just celebrated our 40th anniversary in which we renewed our vows. I read the letter I had proposed in and she read her reply.
