Cute yes but they are not pets and it does more damage when ignorant or selfish people try to keep as pets. Very sad

These monkeys are super adorable. You need to be really careful with them though, because if they catch the cold sore virus from anyone before they're 2 years old, they will most likely die. About 70% to 80% of people have the virus. So you should be very careful when letting people touch the little monkeys. But, very cute video 👍

All that are needed are soft, furry, pillows and or soft fuzzy hand cloths. That's it. Totally content. An added bonus they don't get any bigger than what you see here. 😊

They are wild animals from Central/South America, that's where they belong!! By purchasing one, do you realize you would be contributing to the illegal wildlife pet trade? Makes billions of 💰💵💰💵 every year for poachers, seller's etc.

First find out if they're legal to own where you live. Many places in the United States its illegal and some states require a permit. Then locate a licensed reputable breeder. You'll find most US breeders are located in Texas or Florida but there are some in other places. Definitely make sure they're licensed and offer on site pick up. You'll avoid a lot of scammers by being patient and doing due diligence. You'll also avoid buying a poached or black market marmoset that's most likely unhealthy and terrified of humans. Buying from a licensed reputable breeder will ensure you're getting a captive born, healthy, and hand fed or at the least handled often by humans. They'll come with a health guarantee and someone available to answer questions and guide you as you raise your marmoset. Be prepared to pay a minimum of 4k up to 7k possibly more. But 4k is normal.. if you're asked to pay a deposit it doesn't necessarily mean you're being scammed. They may just want to avoid their time being wasted. Make sure you pay the deposit with a way to have your money refunded if you discover you've been scammed. If they're a legit breeder but you change your mind almost all breeders do not return deposits. So be sure about your decision before rushing to put down a deposit. Marmosets are very time consuming and require a stay at home owner to be content and well cared for. They aren't a good fit for a home with young children. They should be neutered or spayed as early as you can. It will help with aggression. Ultimately, they're expensive and extremely time and attention consuming. They're not for the average person. Do your research and lots of it. This will Hopefully lower the amount of Marmosets rehomed and given up when they become juveniles and become more aggressive and protective of their owners.

Where do you think the breeders in the USA got the pairs they use for breeding? From the countries they originate from! They are poached (usually means mother is killed & baby cut from her womb) then sold to middle men who transport them to other countries that are in high demand of these animals! It's called the illegal wildlife pet trade & it happens all over the globe!! They are then sold to individuals in the countries transported to for thousands of dollars!! It's a billion dollar trade every year across the globe!! It's morally and absolutely WRONG!

They are Tití monkeys, those in particular are the most trafficked, I would ask people to please not try to acquire one as a pet, they are taking them to the brink of extinction, remember: having exotic animals as pets is not synonymous with love for animals On the contrary, you imply that you only care about your personal desires.

Just wondering, why do you need to feed the babies milk? Can't their mothers feed them?

I was playing this video down in Knoxville Tennessee and we just had a a steakhouse then we're sitting at the bar and this guy walks up and he's from Columbia and they go go to the Pacific or out that way and there's people that actually hook them through the throat and use them for fish feet and they're using the cat shark with I was like damn are you serious is and he used his son real quick and showed us a picture of it I couldn't believe it I was like damn

Poor little things , clinging onto a stuffed toy . Why can’t they stay with their mothers . Everyone says oh how cute how adorable. How about where Are the mothers of these infants , seeing the hand feeding tells me there is a tragic side to the “oh how cute I want one” . Ripped off their mothers no doubt , the mothers would be fretting terribly . There is always a tragedy behind these cute , adorable , sweet , fluffy , I want one “ situations. They aren’t toys. They are an endangered species too . What a shame people have to do this ! Not enjoyable to watch these delicate little creatures in this bad situation . 👎🏼👎🏼
