@carlomagnokidd - I'm sure you are well-intentioned. However, do you know how many ring-tailed lemurs are legally taken out of the country for the pet trade every year? None. Ring-tailed lemurs breed well in captivity and are available in the United States because of dedicated breeders and caregivers that have legal animals. I'm sure that if you met a well-adjusted pet lemur that is exceptionally cared for, you would have a different opinion. Take care.
