Years later I had several chances to see the Tinikling, as well as other dances, performed in the Philippines. To see these kids perform this beautiful dance from the Philippines is a wonderful sight to see. They performed flawlessly, Good Job kids!

Tinikling's message is about having a fun picnic on a hill enjoying nature's richness of bird's music and other plants even the fresh air. It's far from portraying a beach however, if that's what they think about our country we may reconsider. They were just 4th graders anyway maybe some of them doesn't even mind knowing about other's culture like what we also do when we were still on our elementary days. They did great.!

It's so nice to see the Americans are appreciating our culture but due to the present political invironment this could change.

@@user-eb5gd4gm2w they're already dancing to the national dance. It would've been better if they wore the right attire for it. Makes it harder for Karens to make it out as "appropriation".

@@wilzenryanbolak2521 true. I think they should wear the proper attire. I've seen non Korean people wearing Korean traditional clothes to school presentations. But it's always the sjw karens who always finds everything offensive haha more than the people who owned the culture.
