I'm a Filipino but never got the chance to dance tinikling. Watching foreigners dance to the rhythm of tinikling puts a smile on my face. Good job kids!!!

Try tubong kalatong you will have a bamboo in your waist sometimes the bamboo is small and thins sometimes it’s large and thick. Large and thick is what we use for our compitition

The first time I saw the Tinikling performed was when I was in 4th grade at a school talent show which was performed by Filipino students in the school. Years later I had several chances to see the Tinikling, as well as other dances, performed in the Philippines. To see these kids perform this beautiful dance from the Philippines is a wonderful sight to see. They performed flawlessly, Good Job kids!

We did this as kids back in school and in the 1960's , here in America.

one of the hardest cultural dance here in Philippines, we are so glad that American appreciate this kind of dance. they are so beautiful to watch..

One of the hardest Filipino folk dances...I was one the dancers during our Provincial Cultural Contest years ago...and I couldn't walk for almost a month because at the finale..my left foot was caught by the bamboo clappers...and I am happy to see these kids perfectly danced tinikling♥️👋♥️👋

At my age, this Tinikling folkdance is nostalgic for me because we were taught how to dance Tinikling during our grade school years. Thank you for bringing this Filipino cultural dance to the world. I feel so proud as a Filipino. I love❤ you, American kids!

I wonder how many times this kids says"OUCH,THAT HURTS" hahaha 😂 during practice. This tinikling tho is the easy one, there's another way of tinikling meant for older ones and waaaaaaaay harder.

Im so amazed with this kids dancing tinikling...its all pure americans in philippine folk dance. Very good Job..

I immediately missed the stories of my grandmother and grandfather, they said that was how they danced before. I remember them in that dance. I want that dance.♥️♥️💖🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭💯

Tinikling's message is about having a fun picnic on a hill enjoying nature's richness of bird's music and other plants even the fresh air. It's far from portraying a beach however, if that's what they think about our country we may reconsider. They were just 4th graders anyway maybe some of them doesn't even mind knowing about other's culture like what we also do when we were still on our elementary days. They did great.!

WOW, this is amazing...Americans are so welcoming to our Tinikling, culturally diverse group. Whoever did this event is worth to be commended.

This is a good time and make Americans aware of other cultures and traditions! Great exposures to the heritage of the Philippines 🇵🇭

They really did their homework. Not one fumbled. Amazing. So cute, too!

Its amazing how well they perform this cultural dance, but I cant help thinking about the fact that they weren't wearing the appropriate dress for the dance. Still, this kids are amazing. I just wish they respect the dance and its cultural background...

They look cute with those beach outfits. Calories burned: over 9000

Forever this traditional dance will be there for generations to come. I was also watching the choir from all over the world singing Filipino songs and I had a ghost bump watching them. It was so beautiful. Yes all kinds of ethnic group was singing Filipino songs. I was really surprised by what they can sing. Language that they don't even know the meaning of it. They must love the Filipinos.

they are not respecting our folk dance. they must wear a proper costume not naked.

I remember in my 4th grade back then in late 90's in philippines I performed this kind of dance tinkling with my female classmate. Nostalgic days.

@@wilzenryanbolak2521 true. I think they should wear the proper attire. I've seen non Korean people wearing Korean traditional clothes to school presentations. But it's always the sjw karens who always finds everything offensive haha more than the people who owned the culture.
