@@Weensy In those situations I manually go in and cut the other mic that isn’t in use throughout the entire convo… I’ve done automatically with gates before but this was basically my job for many years editing podcasts, radio, and tv commercials. Nothing beats the sound of cutting the other mic when not in use

Hey, man - seriously - thanks again for all of your tutorials. Sometimes I watch them a few times before the concept really sticks, and that is part of the fun. The more I learn (and do), the more sense it all begins to make, and your videos feel like little bite-sized master classes that I can keep coming back to. Thank you.

I’ve been watching your videos for a while in silence, but today my dear friend i need to thank you for this awesome trick 💕
The small tips that you say in between means a lot to beginner editors like me (duplicating clips, INs and OUTs, Resizing and restoring Bins etc) ..Cheers Mate !!

This is perfect
JAVIER, you are power, very good again, thank you
You are great..keep it up
MANNN this video was so quick helpful and straight to the point
ANOTHER first class tutorial, Javier! Doing this on my next edit. Thanks man
Awesome video! I didn't know you could just create in points with this kind of edit, and duplicating a clip in the preview window to add additional in & out points is a game-changer for me. I was expecting to see a clip of Javier dancing in the sequence.
Got redirected here after your most recent video cause I didn’t realise this video existed. This is a godsend cause I do edit dance videos sometime and this, THIS is gold.
Awesome!!! Thanks Man!!!
Best Premiere teacher on the internet. You are awesome! Oh, and I’ve been using this program for about 24 years.
Wow, a smart way to become an editor ... I really apreciate this channel. First found video about the copy project to another computer ... to help someone finishing his wedding videos ...
Thumb up, man. Always learning with your awesome shortcuts. Peace and love brother
Bro this channel is incredible. Best sound related advice on the web. Thank you
Love your personality
i think this feature does well if you have to do something really quick, but if you really wanna be accurate and match the movement of the subject also, it's better to do it by manually. still cool to know that this exists!

It’s also a good way to create an outline of what you want quickly. It may require fine tuning afterwards but it’s nice to reorder things in the bin and keep applying them to the timeline to see what sticks out. Thanks for the continued support Weensy!

Another excellent tutorial! Working in commercial production, it's a great benefit to have a quick way to get a project started. Sometimes for social media posts and digital video ads that need to be produced weekly... The quicker I can get things done the better. Thank you for what you do :-)
