Awesome as always.... my thoughts on the rope: I like the idea of cutting 1 foot, or maybe a standardized 50-100 cuts in the same spot, and I've save it for the very end right before your final strop since it tends to be pretty rough on edges, and it would be a good test against blades that have otherwise held up well. Alright I like that! 100 cuts would take a while, maybe 50 and I could speed up the footage so you’re not stuck for five minutes watching it.

I don't know why so many companies are scared to make blades with thinner geometry. Especially on little knives like that

Yeah it’s weird! Like why not, thinner is always better

Sisal rope varies between spools and within each, particularly it’s “tightness”. Might be more consistent testing if u cut spools into 3’-5’ pieces, then each test make a few cuts on several pieces, secure the ends and keep the remaining lengths for future tests. Is it worth the trouble…IDK
