Have a serger? Easy ruffle! Settings: Stitch length: 4, Differential feed: 2.5, Left & Right needles: 7, Upper & Lower loopers: 3. Try it and have perfect ruffles in seconds🕑♥️😊

Hi thanks for this tutorial bit very urgently can u s tell me if i want to make this flounce and use it to make a skirt for a 9 month old girl should i measure it at 2 inches or less or more cos i would be making atleast 2 -3 flunces and then layer them in a skirt
