NSL is just natural ground level and FRL is formation level, NSL can be found using level machine or total station this is done by surveyor. and FRL is design level which is given by designer...

oops... watch earth work by mean area method

BTW all cross sections coming with multiple level so this way can use only with one level for TOE and one level for NGL, wallah I’m so confused why you guys making a video like this one, because nobody can get benefit, did you ever see NGL of embankment came with same level ????!!!!!!!! Please when you will explain for something take the issue which faced the people and if you recording this videos for like you deserve dislike 👎🏻
