285/75r16 spare tire fits nicely underneath the truck. I run mine there around town, then off road I use either a bed mount, or a hitch mount spare tire carrier.

I'm running 315/75 /16 and yes the spare fit but I made a turn down on the exhaust it's in another video cheers

Awesome truck man! I got a 18 P4X in the same color as you. I wouldn’t worry about replacing the spare with a identical wheel. The spare is just there to get you to the tire shop to fix the regular wheel. Just make sure not to ever drive in 4wd with the spare on because the spare tire diameter might be different than the regular tire and that might damage your diffs.

Test fit one of the larger tires, if it fits in the spare location, get the same size for the spare. With a pricey spare, make sure it is included in the tire rotation

what kind of lift you going with? I know nisstech has some good ideas and check out prb or pbr they have what you need as well. I haven't bought my pro 4x yet but I plan to soon. looking to raise it a few inchs and put some 285 75 16 on it. do some lite offroading maybe some overnight camping, great trucks good pick I dig who yours looks. keep going

If you look at my other video's i have sorted it out a while ago thank you for responding and commenting

(16/285/75)your tire now is 32's. 32's are the max with min shroud mods. You can: 1) do the math, add 17" or 18" wheels to smaller tires that takes you to 32 or 33. You can buy any wheel that will match nissan frontier bolt pattern for new wheels and go -3" (-76.2mm) offset wheels to make the wheel extend outward to the edge of the fender. 2) It looks nice as it is and I wouldn't mess with it. Note: measure to see if the turn radius can clear the fender. looks like you have room for larger sizes. Special note: not a fan of tunnou covers. So, I would: Get a custom sport bar or buy one around $600+ and mount my spare to the sportbar Baja style but, tire mount can be removable easy disconnect style if I need the bed space.

Yes in this video my newer vids o went to 6 inch

If it were me I would get a matching 5th wheel and tire set and either mount it in the bed, on a roof rack, or on the hitch with a swing arm. You can also get replacement racing style tail gates that will hold your 5th wheel. I'm about to buy a 2018 frontier pro 4x and I'll have to make the same decision... not sure which I like better.

Tommy sir I just saw that u added 35s looks awesome. I have a question. You have the rough country 6 inch lift correct? Can u please tell me, do u have wheels spacers to fit the tires. Rc says 35s wont fit but looking at your truck they do just fine. I'm looking into the rc lift as well and I'm trying to get real world experience from somebody who has done what I want to do. It's a Fabtech lift kit goes for $2000 Getting 35's on was not hard the front bumper needs trimming plus the rear of the tire weld under the wheel well cover. You will have to cut some off in a angle as to not hit the tire on turns. After this you get a rolling alignment bring your wheels a little forward and no rubbing

You don't have to but i did because o wanted a certain color scheme so I went with Black Lugs i also use 1-1/2 inch spacers

Running a 1-1/2 inch spacer I don't need them but it gives it more aggressive stance and footprints when wheeling

Very good. I️ have a 16 I️ bought brand new with 30k Miles now and no issues yet.. about 2500 of those miles were towing a 1400lb camper as well.. 4.0L a beast

I just bought a 18 P4X. It absolutely love it. I had a 14 SV king cab 4x2 a few years back and it was a great truck too. Way more features and value for the $ than the GMs and Toyota. My 18 is exactly the same color and this one in the video

How has reliability been? Pretty good I imagine

So far this Truck has been truly solid it has lived up to the hype so far just made it back in from Vegas from there to my house 271 miles I did that on one tank and had 5 gallons left pretty much 329 miles I can get modified

Super reliable, I have a 2017 pro4x, been back and forth from WA to CA 1600 round trip. And from WA to TX 2200 One way. Never gave me problems for the past two years.

Cant stress it enough. I own a armada, titan and frontier. I been raised with nissan / datsun. Nissan has failed in the axle business. Heads up to anyone who buys this or a titan do a mod vent tube. If you dont do this you will be replacing axle seals. Good luck.

There is a recall on this i hope you know the vent mod is for people who don't want nissan to do it I'm on a couple nissan forums I know all about it in my case I'm still good and not to long ago had diff work done

@@tommypearson9260 No recall. Nissan designed this rear end to fail. I replaced my titan rear seals many times the job is shitty and cutting involved on the collar to remove seal. Now the vent tube releases air that builds up in the axle. It is very easy install and works. Also makes it submersible rear end.

it actually did fit and it has room for a actually a 16/305/75 i have 16/285/75 currently and it fits just fine

In case you guys are wondering the max size for under the bed is 16/285/75 anything bigger than that tire size it will not fit I now have all five tires and rims XD Heist =)

, don't get the lift !!!!!!!!! you will ruin your truck. keep it stock. it already has Bilstein shocks. I have the exact same truck and color. keep the same tire size as well. so many people ruin their trucks. you will not like the ride. keep the same tire size and do not lift ur truck.!!!!!!! all I did to my truck is install the shock leveler spacers on the front to even out the level of the truck. still have that nice smooth factory ride and handling !!!!! not dangerous. if you lift your truck and put 38 tires on it you will ruin ur truck. you don't need ur truck that high. serves NO PURPOSE.

@@ermasdoodles6832 You need at least a 2 inch lift that is how far your stock arms will go Plus you do need to do some trimming it will rub like crazy these Trucks sit low so you need to add a inch or 2 to make it work properly

@@ermasdoodles6832 Spacers will actually hurt you instead of help you i only used spacers on a 6 inch lift Your wheels won't be affected by hard down travel but spacers on a 2 inch lift will pretty much hit your tires on every turn and bounce
