I have been using Lightburn for years, and didn't realise that I could spread my tabs to the left side and make my interface more usable, great Video. More please!
Thanks for making this awesome software!
Love LB, but PLEASE make the material library easier to use and more intuitive! Drag and drop, etc.

What do I have to do to get the layout I set up to save?!?! I adjust things and move them around, and the next time I open LB up its back to defaults.

The layout should auto save. If that is not happening reach out to our support. Your LightBurn version and OS details will be a good place to start. Support email is support@lightburnsoftware.com
reset to default is good, but it would be better reset to some previous setup. We create some toolbar organization we like, later on play a bit, screw up the distribution and we want to go back to our preference, not the default

Hi! How do I increase the size of my overall workspace? Thanks!

The size is normally set to match the size of your laser. You can change it in Edit > Device Settings, but it should always match the size of the working area of your machine.

Please send an email to support@lightburnsoftware.com and we can help. If you include the PNG you’re trying to import, we can have a look.
Every time I cut a stencil my letters are falling out. How can I cut the stencil without the letters falling out?

Why doesn't it work on some laptops though. Does not work for me or a friend

What part doesn't work? It could be related to your laptops resolution. Low and high resolution Windows laptops have occasional scaling issues. We have a video coming out on this soon.
