Prefer primary internal

I agree with J Perm that changing the core color with each version is a great way to differentiate the versions visually. For brands that don't do this, I do some kind of marking on the label, which could be problematic for competitive cubers, though I'm not an expert on competition rules.

You could just put the markers inside the center cap so it's still usable during comps

I love black internals. But the V3 also looks great with primary. And you can differentiate between the V2 and V3 just at a glance.

I'm fine with either internals, but i feel that the colors shine and pop out more with black internals making recognition easier

currently V2 is my main. and I love it's black internel. I hope V3 also comes with black internal but primary also looks really good

The v2 is my main, love it, best cube out the box and once set up is near perfect. Looking forward to picking this one up and comparing the two. The internal colour change is great. Makes it unique. Good info.

I love primarily plastic so much that when the Gan 11 came out I wanted it just because of the internals. I’ve dealt with the black plastic on the v2 and I’m happy to see primary in the v3 thanks guys!

My v2 came with middle catch broken. Therefore the cap kept falling out. So I'm really happy to see this change

there was actually a limited edition primary tornado v2, i had it - it felt really nice. for whatever reason i just prefer primary over black internals. sold it last week in preparation for the v3, im glad it's coming in primary. im only a little bittersweet that i'll have the normal version, and not be able to say "yea this is the limited edition" lol

Dang, I love the V2s smaller 55.5cm size, its perfect for my small hands. Hopefully we get some diff color internals, also love the black of the v2 but also love the infinity colors

I personally like the flush internals like the ones in the RS3 M (both versions) however I am currently maining the WRM 2021 and I think the purple internals are very cool.

I do quite like that they slightly increased the size, though I personally did enjoy the small size of the v2 'cause it kinda gave it a bit of charm, almost a kind of cuteness just because it feels so much smaller than it actually is in my hands lol.

Finalllyyy Tornado is back

Idk how likely this would be, but I'm kinda hoping for red internals. I think it would fit well with the red logo and box, and it would just overall be a pretty unique look.

I am super excited for this cube. The V2 is my favorite cube to turn but it isn't the cube I am the fastest with. I'm hoping that the core magnets make it just that little bit better. Would love to see some black internals though, even better would be red, but that is a pipe dream.

@JoeyRKDP I like fast cubes and the V3 pioneer is fast, a little too fast. With some Silicone 5 lube and Angstrom Dignitas to smooth it back out makes it manageable. I was fastest with a GAN 11 M Pro. I am fastest with the V3 pioneer at the moment, just beat my PB and my averages are coming down. I am planning to get the V3 flagship because I think it will be better.

Hey Carmen I got the X-man tornado V3 flagship sometimes I do overshoot and catch but I think you should put it to the 1 2 or 3 on the tension also this is my fav cube especially the cheap price and simple adjustment it’s the best cube out there.

I prefer Black Internals. But as the top commenter said, changing internals is a good way of differentiating between versions. Also, I think I'm prefer the V2's Blue Shade. The V3's Blue looks lighter.

i have a question, for the tensioning, there are two sets of 1-5 for spring compression and tension, for example, there are two 3's opposite from each other, are these different or same?

I like wihite internals because it looks better and cool 😎 when solved like gan ‘s cubes

The one thing I didn’t like about the v2 was the orange side. It always looked dirty or like the plastic was too thin. The v3 looks better.

When adjusting your Tornado V3, is 1 tighter, or 5 tighter?

We could still see a version with black internals. According to Qiyi's IG post last night, there are 3 versions - Standard version, Flagship version and Pioneer version. But they didn't say what the differences were.

The tornado v3 gotta be the best on the market when it releases. But really gonna miss the black internals if they Don't include it

I think tornado v3 have black internal as limited edition as they made for tornado V2 limited edition primary internal

Cameron said it's looser even on the tightest setting... meaning the V3 solved the V2's reverse-cutting problem. It also means that it's faster.

I think it's improved, especially on the lower settings. I have a better time turning the V3 overall than the V2

Compared to cubes such as the TengYun, how quiet would you consider this cube to be? I tend to cube in public a lot so I'm always concerned about being too loud.
