You'll never get a second chance to make a first impression.
Here are a few tips to keep in mind when interacting with your customers or clients:
1. Be professional at all times.
2. Have a written policy for shipping, returns/refunds, forms of payments, etc.
Having a policy on your website or store keeps your clients/customer abreast of everything they need to know when shopping/booking with your business. Transparency is a way to gain your clients/customers trust, nothing is hidden.
3. Build a relationship with your Vendors.
4. Communicate with your Clients/Customers.
