Just watched your 2014 customer follow up video and WOW, you have grown! I fall into that 79% and I always feel like I'm being a bugaboo.. This video has actually given me life. Went to target to get my supplies (binders are on clearance!). This year I wanted to do things differently especially since i have a few new customers all of a sudden.. Thank you for sharing your wisdom!!!!

This was an awesome video and I’m excited to get started with this system. I too have been w/Scentsy for 5 years this past February. Have never had a follow-up system in place, I count on my memory or sticky notes etc. I need to follow-up more often, and need to build business. I think getting this going will help me a ton, I’ve been so overwhelmed by try to figure this out. Thank you, thank you to you and Megan :). This was VERY helpful! I have been doing Scentsy for about 1 year and lack in this! I can't wait to put this into place! Also, how do you file your order forms once you have done all the follow ups?
