We don't put any finish on our truck bodies Until It is Sand Blasted
I just fully restored my flat bed, I would highly recommend you put on a two part high zinc epoxy primer, before what ever top coat you decide to use. It will prevent rust also I use "undercoating in a can" it is the best undercoating.

How did you did bend the diamond plate? I thought at first it was just a flat piece of cnc-ed metal then realized it was bent, sorry if it’s a stupid question lol

I went to my local steel yard with measurements and angles, and they bent the pieces to my spec
How tall were your diamond plate skirts

I believe they were 24” with a 2” bent lip to hold and weld the skirt
the progress reports are ok . how about filming the actual work being done.
