Could anyone help me I just a got a brand new Coleman CT200U-EX mini bike and I had it on a block tightening some stuff and it fell over on the throttle side and ever time I pull it back it sticks and won’t snap back to idle.And I’m really ticked off because it’s brand new.So If anyone can help me plz tell me.

By falling on the twist throttle, your throttle probably moved a bit over the handlebars. Now it's rubbing on the inside at the end. Just loosen the throttle and move it a bit outboard. That should solve it. Hope this was helpful.

Where would you suggest someone that has zero knowledge of welding to start if they want to get into projects like this?

Buy a kart to look at up close for examples, buy a welder, find a lot of metal scrap, but a grinder with a few different grinding, cutting, sanding, wire options and start. Experience in welds will take a little while.

Need to get me a welding machine, one of the welds on my daughter's buggy broke and its been sitting there for a year now. Now it doesn't start either ...
