That custom Monster Jam Mini looks amazing! Nice work! 👍 The Minis are probably my favorite of the Spin Master Monster Jam trucks and it's cool to see someone actually do a custom one! Now I'm motivated to maybe do a custom Mini myself one day!

@purphuard782 I like monster trucks as well as things that are cute & tiny, and the Minis are the perfect combination of all of those, lol. Plus, they remind of the Micro Machine Tuff Trax monster trucks from back in the day. If I ever get around to doing a custom one, it's probably not gonna be anywhere as detailed as yours, but I would like to at least do a custom Max D for Meents' last season next year. Hopefully, they make a Lucas Stabilizer Mini too one day because that would be sweet!

I was wondering too, what did you use to color the tires? I presume it was some kind of dye?

It's flat black spray paint (Tremclad ) You can find it at your local hardware store or at Walmart 😉

I second the Max-D Fire! A custom Mini of that would be, well, fire🔥! 😄

This looks awesome! Never seen somebody do a custom MINI before. Quick question regarding the paintjob - how did you get the paint to not completely obscure the graphics? Is it a special kind of clearcoat? Many thanks :)

Yes it's call Color Shift by Testor Craft paint ,i bought it in my local hobby store 🙂I think it's discontinuated now..

Great result! For the chassis, have you tried Tamiya Panel Line Accent Color (Black)? I use it on all my diecast cars and trucks. Any spill over easy cleans up with a toothpick or cloth after it dries.
