CUSTOM PURPLE Front Wheel & Brembo Go on 650ib's Aprilia RSV4!
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Last week we revealed the custom painted purple OZ racing wheels for our Aprilia RSV4!
This week, the transformation officially commences. We tackle the front end first by upgrading our brake rotors to the Brembo T-drive front brake rotors, and while there, we upgraded the front fender to the Fullsix carbon fiber front fender!
And all of these beautiful pieces are dressed with ProTi bolts!
Next video we'll be finishing the transformation with the rear wheel and upgrading our chain and sprocket setup. Stay tuned!

Gorgeous, and you’re right. The subtle purple stripes on the body tie the purple wheels to rest of the bike really well

I love fullsix carbon. I swapped out all my panels on my 23 R1 for gloss and matt carbon and it looks amazing.
Nasty, absolutely nasty. Fire 🔥

It looks so good on the bike! I hope you add some more small details in purple. Don't get me wrong, it looks awesome, but the bike would pop even more, with a little more purple details across the bike. Regardless, great job as always.

Good tips and info on the carbon fiber! Sometimes the fit is just off enough to make you want to scream! 😁
I like it. One option for additional purple accents is to get a custom seat cover.

Maybe!
You mentioned these rotors give a firmer feel at the lever? Do you find that's always the case? When I got my Tuono v4 I found the lever spongy so replaced the master with an RCS17 Corsa Corta. I run it in Race setting with the 20mm (black) offset, and it's much better now. I'm always interested in a firmer feel, so any more info on the rotors would be appreciated. Thanks!
@Motomillion

Not a firmer feel, the different steel alloy that is used on the T drive rotors give the brakes more of an initial bite.
Love it! What shade of purple of that? I'd like to do the same wheels

We don't have a color code, we had the purple on the fairings matched.

You forgot to weigh the two discs I bet the ones you put in are a little heavier.
@Motomillion
4 ай бұрын
Yes, we've previously weighed them, and they are a tiny bit heavier than the OEM brake rotors. But that small weight difference brings much bigger advantages on stopping power
IT LOOKS SO GOOD! Oh! 😩
@Motomillion
4 ай бұрын
Definitely. We love it
Love the wheels...but why didn't you compare the weight of the new thicker rotors to the old and why weight the original front guard WITH the reflectors but the carbon fibre without, 🤔 that would have been a more accurate comparison.
@Motomillion
4 ай бұрын
We can get it done for you on another video. We still have all the parts.
Probably no weight saved from the front fend if you do the reflectors delete
@Motomillion
4 ай бұрын
We measured it, and there is weight saved on the fender still.
No wheel balancing?

Reliability, fit & finish, and oftentimes a very long wait for parts. However, like most motor vehicles from Italy, they look good.

I think depends on your region. Here in the west coast they’re popular, but we also have a decent amount of dealers here

Doesn’t robem engineering or l74 already make underslung calliper mounts?
@Motomillion

Robem only makes it for RS660. And the other ones do not have a proper kit with the brake lines. You need brake lines as well. Our production run will start pretty soon with the mounts!

Thank you for your comment, we really appreciate everyone's opinion. But if you see the stock wheels in person, they are not red, they are pinkish red.
yet another example of having too much money and too little common sense.
