Try 3m glue

Is that neoprene? Or super stretchy? There's not a single wrinkle in that it's perfect

It is a stretch fabric. Commonly used and labeled by cosplay artist Yaya Han. Soft and stretchy I think it’s some great fabric.

Why wouldn't you use construction based glue non toxic stuff.. Also people usually do not glue the whole piece only in back of object casual like you said what if you want to change it or mess up Do glue the whole thing They also have pins when you place material in back you glue let it get tacky then start placing material down then you can pop the pins in Spraying that like that was not good
