@@Sleazysleazed Slide is the same on both guns and 19x is the same size frame as a G17 to fit the 17 rounds as the G17 does. It is also a better fit if you have a bigger hand. 19X was created for this purpose because of the Glock community wishing it was a thing

Going from your "behind every grain of rice (is an asian with a gun" video to this, the editing and shooting ability has improved a shit ton. Going from overexposed footage to properly exposed, nice grade, good edit, etc, very nice. So neat to see how much a YTbers style and skill can change in just a year or two or three.

Julius does awesome work! I got my Glock 22 done by him last year and he’s finishing up my Glock 19 in alpine white camo right now. Also waiting on my slide for my 19 from DWS

That stippling and border is absolutely beautiful. Especially the radius around the finger groove. One question...does that finger groove pull your finger down and away from being up against the trigger guard undercut?

Over time my grip has gotten higher and tighter and I’m starting to catch all the slide releases on all my guns. I’ve been a pretty good pistol shooter for awhile now but that’s just started happening to me Thinking of getting one of those slide releases

you should for a day try out the 19x. put your aplc on it from your 17 and use it in the holster you showed for the 17/19 w/aplc. also put a thread protector on rather than the comp. id bet you would like the 19x for comfort sake.

Hey which Safariland holster are you running? Is it the 6354DO, and if so, is it for the Glock 34 since you have the 19X + the comp? I just bought a 6354DO for my 19 (Polymer80) with an RMR and it doesn't fit sadly. I saw people online saying it would fit the Polymer80 with RMR but I think the ALS system is hitting the RMR before it can lock up.

Love all the mods. Would love to do them myself but they take time and I won’t be able to weather lead times. 😅. Guess I have to double up so I wouldn’t care. 💯😂

That's a pretty awesome pistol and video!! Curious, you said you conceal a G17. How well does it conceal for you? I ask cause I'm in the process of trying to decide between the G45 and G19 MOS variants. I like the G45 for the larger grip as I'm 6'3 with larger hands, but like the concealment factor of the G19. Figured if ask someone who conceals the larger variant frame wise.

Alexander Amaya so it will come down to clothing selection and holster if you are considering carrying something with a full size grip. i have medium sized hands for being 6’2”, the 17 feels so comfy in the hands but will print depending on clothing. something looser but not stupid loose. other words you wont be wearing a fitted shirt carrying anyway but tighter shirts wont be optimal. flannels, shirts with pattern help. its comfortable enough for me, the 19 is the comfiest to conceal and prints less. but 17 is doable for sure. 45 is a happy medium for capacity and comfort but will print more coz of the grip.

@@PewLife thanks for the reply man!! Gonna go shoot the 45 tomorrow and see how I like it. If I like it I may just get both. I do like the form factor of the 19 as a primary carry. If I like the 45 but don't feel like I can conceal it as well, might just designate it as a HD gun. Right now I've just got my subcompact Which is perfect for the summer but would like something with a higher capacity again for winters

Great video! But if you edc carry the 17, the 19 with the PMM comp, brings it to the exact same length as the 17. Might as well say f*ck it and carry the 19 with the PMM. Trade off you got a flatter 17..lol

Like the cinematography work, some notes for ya from a videographer to another. I'm assuming you use a Sony A7. You may wanna either lock your focus, use zone, or close down the aperture. Also, your decibels may be a hair lower than most can hear. I had my volume maxed out to hear ya clearly. Try between -12 and -6 for your audio sweetspot. What lav and receiver are you using? I see that you're having some impedance. Again like the content. I'm hoping to do more firearm related cinematography as it is generally lacking in the gun community.

AsianWithHat thanks for the tips man. yeah man i tried to dial in the audio. i the last part on the couch i still had the rode mic set to when it was by my face during the top down view. and i think i may have turned it down in post coz it was peaking over -12 when it was in the app, so i might have turned it down for all the clips instead of the one clip section. And yeah a7iii. The focus was annoying lol will fix that. again thanks man.

I have to ask... with BBB reviews and many less than great reviews of DWS from many people who spent their hard earned money on their services I'm curious.. are you happy with the service, slide, and performance of it? Any delays, customer service issues, milling issues/imperfections etc. because I'm honestly wondering if I should cancel my order..

Customer service sucks. I ordered a slide through their social media person and never got an order notification but my credit card was charged. When I emailed them asking why I didn't get one, they simply asked how I had an order number if I never got an email. The order number is on the order confirmation screen. I was told my slide would be done in 3 weeks, but when I called on the 3rd week and hadn't received anything they told me that it was being sent back to be repainted and to call them next week and everything should be done. I called them 2 weeks later and was told that it still wasn't ready. They responded to another email of mine on December 10th, 3 weeks after I sent it saying that it was going to be sent out that week. Fast forward to this week (December 14th), it has apparently been sent back AGAIN to be re-cerakoted and that I basically shouldn't be mad because their lead time is 6-8 weeks and that I have my own slide so I can still go to the range...

my frame was modified to have the nub at the end removed. also doesnt fit as well as id like. fits, but not snug
