Very useful videos. Thanks.
One of best Revit tutorials to be found anywhere...however I owuld have like to have seen this tutorial on custom floors using the wooden floor with the diamond pattern example in your video thumbnail...its far more aesthetically appealing and likely to be used and or requested by a client rather than the one you used....

What to do to see that pattern in plan view? ... I found it, for everyone wondering...When you are on the Floor view, on the Properties window click Parts Visibility's list (above Visibility/Graphics Overrides) and select Show Parts

Plz make video about bathroom walls & floor tiles centerline plan with dimention (officially)
Is there any other way you can make it parametric? coz if we talking about larger scale don't think to select those floor/panel/tile one by one will be effective. but great video thanks a lot !!
spasibo
Thanks a lot I'm following ur all vidous , I'll ask about floor patterns how we can show it in 2D ? nd thanks again
is there a way that i can see the divisions on the floor plan? i really needed to show the tiling there :/

Keep up the good work. This has been the BEST KZread CHANNEL EVER!!!!! For those who weren't able to see the pattern on Plan view. Type VR- for View Range, select Unlimited on Level, then under Properties go where it say Parts Visibility and select Show Parts. You should see the pattern created. :)

thanks, Balkan, but what if i need to deal with big area, it is really difficult to divide all floor, do you have any quick way to deal with large space?
Hello . Can you teach me topography.. means how a difficult site can be achieved by "adding place point" command.
what you just did- can we convert that into a family to be used as a “module” tile?
Nice tutorial. But new material not not showing after render. What is the reason sir.
Need a heip. When I render the custom floor patterns, the result of flooring is not custom materials, it's only the orginal flooring material? Thanks!
I was really good at creating my pattern in the plan, but I now have to change my boundary and find the edit boundry has left the options. How do I get this boundry back?
How fo you fic flickering floor after following your tutorial

One question: divide the soil into parts, then it can be put back together into a single soil? he tried to unite it with 'Merge parts' but he does not allow it
How to creat this custom floor in family ???
How can I show the pattern in a rendered view? Please help
Does this work for different tile sizes in walls?
Thank you for great tutorials its good to know its possible in Revit but now I'm wondering if it's it possible to make it more advanced? Making a custom pattern that can be applied to large floors could be one thing, maybe by creating a family?. Controlling the material of each type elements from properties panel same with some parameters for the side? Could you use something like divide surface in massing to create floor tiles? Thanks!
