WE SELL EXHAUST COMPONENTS! - fabco.uk/
A slightly different video this week.. We've taken a break from the AgRo and PrincesS, to knock out a custom exhaust system for Wills EJ2 Civic resto project.
Using all FabCo exhaust components and with some help from Icengineworks, we go through step by step, adding some handy tips along the way.

A nice balance of neat fabrication and welding with an insight of how much planning and prep goes into a job like this. Very watchable.

Indeed super tidy excellent work I wish I lived closer as on watching this video (not that I am blaming this video 😂 just inspired) I employed my local mechanic who works with stainless, intercoolers and turbos etc to build my custom exhaust which he said he was happy to do, but I got a very different result! It knocks all over, he used my original hangers and the welds aren't solid feel the pressure coming out. This garage and guy was recommended and of good reputation! I just thought I'd share my nightmare😞

I noticed you are welding the tube at about 40 amps. What gauge tube are you using? I primarily use 16 gauge and have been running it at 55 amps. Welds look good but wonder if I’m running too hot.

I wear a 6900 3M respirator 99.9% of the time, but you can’t present a video with one on unfortunately. I don’t need lecturing on PPE😁
