This is by far my favorite Transit Connect conversion I've ever seen. So neat, so utilitarian, yet it covers everything you need to hit the road comfortably and get off the grid. Great job, man.

Amazing!! The doggie configuration is genius! Protection of the passenger seat, dash & cup holder area are really important. Your set up will keep everything nice & clean. I have a dog & he sheds like crazy. Love it, love it! Those who don’t have a dog won’t understand 🙌🏽🙌🏽👌🏽

Nice build. I can't stress how bad it is to use a male connector outside to supply 120v. The female is designed specifically for that purpose, and does exist in the same configuration. The situation can be lethal, so serious consideration should be taken to remedy the use of an incorrect outlet. (coming from a journeyman electrician!)

How the heck did I miss this! I looked and looked, only found a typical outdoor outlet for a home ( wasn't sure how weather sealed this would be ). This is a MUCH better option. Thank you! Wasn't particularly fond of setting up the 110 on the outside but, I just installed it as requested.

Ever since I saw a Transit van I knew this is what I wanted. Very cool. If wishes were Pegisus we all would fly. Few ideas of my own, to squeeze a composting toilet, or the like, under the bed. And fridge to finish it out. Oh!!! Outdoor shower system mounted (some how) inside the backdoor.

Great build. Just one thing I'd do differently is the latch for the extra part that folds down from the dog's platform. The eyelet is a potential danger, because it sticks up. I'd use a strap with velcro that attaches to the under-side of the fold-down platform. That way there's nothing sticking out.

*Spends literally 1/3rd of the video talking about the dog platform* For those without pets, tour starts at 4:26. Roasts aside, what a strong build! •You’re a genius for making the battery accessible if need be, but hidden otherwise. A lot of #VanLifers dedicate precious storage space to these things and you did it another way. •Despite feeling about 90% finished, this is such a clean little home build. Maybe because no one is living in it yet. •How many watts is that inverter? •Did you do spray adhesive on the automotive carpet lining in addition to those screws? •What’s the headroom like? I love the Transit Connects and you have a lot of clever ideas (I want that cell phone booster) and regardless if you see this, I wanted to reach out and tell you.

That is so neat that there is a platform for the dog. I love this van. You do such a great job. You could convert vans for a living. How much did the cost your client? What city are you located in? Very very well done. How did you become good to designing and building the inside of a van?

I'm pretty sure he does this for a living, he did an awesome job here! Would also like to know how much a custom build would cost?

@@andrewfreeman88 seems to me if he was still doing this for a living he wouldn't leave requests unanswered for a year. That wouldn't be good business practice. He did a great job, though. It's a shame he doesn't respond.

I heard that also. Living in the SW, it's a necessity against the heat, and living in the NE if living in it during the winter I saw no place for heat, and WHERE was the owner planning on putting a refrig. ? Interesting what people's priorities are.
