This is the slickest log lift design I've seen yet for these brands of log splitters!! I appreciate you sharing it with us. I imagine you could've refined it and then patented the design for production. I have a question though, does that design still allow the log splitter to function in the vertical position? It looks like it would, but it's hard to tell just from the video. Thanks again!!

That's what I thought, but good to know. I have the very same splitter as you and if I build a log lift, I'm going to pattern it after yours. However, being 65yrs young, I try to avoid rounds bigger than what I think I can lift!!!

That is one ingenious design. I have a wood splitter with same basic layout(Brute). I am going to construct a log lifter like yours. Is there anything you would do different or anything you would add? Thanks for sharing your design!

I intended to make the folding-foot chain longer so it could be set at any angle and may still do that. Let us know how yours comes out.

I have same log splitter, hate it!! but your invitation is very nice , I will duplicate it, getting to old to be picking big ones up!! (47 yes old )
