how did u put it in place without it flying out? i see the bolt but where that catches ? i was thinking about welding one on mine but plz tell me how u mount it

Sorry my bad that I just realised I did not include this prt in the video. I have actually drilled a hole in the exhaust wall for the bolt to stick in and stay in place. Glad you pointed this out, you the man 👍🏻

great video.. one problem is we cant really hear the exact sound. we need db meter to see if that stop the problem

what the difference in sound between it size of holes?

What size is the diameter of the baffle?

Thanks bro. Thickness of the fibreglass is around 1.5 cm which is just ngam and not too pack to insert.

Did you pack the insert with the fiberglass, or repacked the silencer with the fiberglass?

Hey good question, for this db killer no. I have made a new one which is far more refined than this and will be packed with fibreglass. Looks cleaner and sounds even better. Do subscribe as the video will be out soon. Cheers !

hi friend and thanks for your video. i also installed an exhaust pipe and an austin racing exhaust for my bike (duke 200) from aliexpress and i have the same problem as you. Its so loud i can't live with it! it came with a db killer that is installed from the front side ( like yours but the one with the holes around it) but the noise is still there.. i am about to order a db killer that is installed at the end of the exhaust ( like akra and original austin racing db killer) and see if that helps. What do you think? will it decrease the noise or not? and 2nd.. those after market chinese pipes and exhausts are safe for our bikes or it will burn a valve or worse??

Hi bro, you can try to order a db killer first online. Also, I have a video coming up about my new v2 db killer. Do subscribe and check it out bro. Second, I don’t think muffler will harm the engine as long as it is properly tuned. Cheers

Kostas ntinos now a lot exhaust from China price 150-200 . They won’t burn ur valve unless u block all the hole . I buy 51mm dB killler too . Result maybe reDuce about 30-40% Still noisy

after add this db killer, how about the performance? still same?
