it's Charlotte, NC... I would buy this house in a minute... the only downfall is the crazy fireplaces in the downstairs they take up valuable space.

I can't imagine customizing a home and putting in a walk in closet that's not accessible from the master bedroom. It's appears that the clothes closet to the master is in the hallway. It's a head scratcher to me.

Thats strange having a double sided fireplace that shares in the kitchen. Feels like that living room (1st room they showed) shouldve been a dining room.

You would have been better off telling us the city and keeping the street address hidden. The shots of the railroad tracks looked kinda creepy like that is where you would find a dead body. No thanks.

@@kristinesharp6286 There are Alway's Difference's of Opinion on This. When a Home is Empty, People can then Imagine Their Furnishing's in the Home, or What they would Like to put in it. When they See the Home FULL of Other People's Furnishing's, all That does, is Confuse them. Also, Most People Have Way Too Much CLUTTER. I Would NOT even Look at That Home.

I'm not seeing anything that is "custom". I have seen many homes like this before. It's nice, but nothing new at all, except who wants or needs a fireplace in the kitchen like that? It makes no sense , that space would be better used for something else.

"One owner home", and there is a child's room in an obviously much older home, so not "one owner".

I don’t care how charming a house looks on the outside, you open the door and they’ve all been changed to within an inch of their lives, to look exactly the same. White, gray, shiny chrome, stone counter topped-tiled, (usually some form of brown or gray) blah, blah, blah...The groups who stage these must all run from the same warehouse. So boring....

Not feeling this one, pretty bland and hotel -like.
