Thank you so much, Noura, for another informative video. The work that you do to help empower those of us caught in the Cushing's pre-diagnosis undertow is so valuable. I cannot overstress (this will forever be a pun now) how useful of a resource you've been for me this past week of learning where we're leading with a diagnosis. I really appreciate you.

Ur amazing so glad I found your channel. Glad you finally got diagnosed. So you could get the treatment and your life back. My mum and me think I have had cushings for at thirty years. Yes I know you probably think I should be dead by now. But my endocrinologist was rubbish and I didn't fight to see another one. I had a scan for pituary tumour. But when that came back normal. He didn't do any further testing. I have been existing not living for a long time. Haven't been able to work for the last 8 years. Due to exhaustion and lots of other symptoms. I feel defeated but I think. I will go private and pay for a body scan. I'm in the uk and they keep saying how rare it is. But like you said, you just know your own body 🙏

Hey good to see ya back! I finally got into my endo appointment but she looked at all my tests and says she thinks that the high cortisol is due to depression and anxiety and that it's fibromialga instead of cushing's. Taken a year to get to this point and feeling kinda discouraged now. When I asked if there was anything I could do about fibromialga her only suggestion was to smoke weed ... Yeah.... Thanks doc lol.

@@Chronicallyyours_ well … I’m just trying to understand it and learn more. From what I’ve been researching I feel like it has left some info out. Got bloodwork back today and mine was 279pl/mg. Is there a range for acth that indicates cushings? Or is it just if it’s out of the normal ranges? Oooor is it a mixture of certain levels of acth and cortisol?

I made that mistake too. I sent a request on Instagram when I got to the video where she mentions it. I should have read the description. Did you by chance find who her endo who successfully diagnose is?
