nice!
Incredible video. Unfortunately, the volume was pretty low.. This will remain in all of my permanent training videos. Excellent resource.

What crews have you been on? Saw the photo and was a wildland dude myself before attempting the paramedic route here recently

@@DiamorphineDeath Good morning. So far my 40+ year career has included CDF, Fulton Hotshots , USFS R3 WFM, USFS engine and hand crews, BLM Fuels crew R5, and currently an agency ENGB in CO and NM. I messed with the med end for a while, but the limitations in local employment and support kept my focus on fire. Are you thinking of coming back? How about you? crews? Interested in coming back? The contractor world might have some potential as well.

@@ebutuoyssa Did two seasons with a R5 shot crew, then went onto a fire academy, paramedic school coming up hopefully in august, then a structure gig with a socal department. Quite the career though, I don't think I ever worked with fulton, a lot of those crews for some reason I never interacted with much. Wanted to smokejump after those two seasons, but ended wanting to go the family route and get actual monetary benefits, what drove me to leave anyway, but it was fun for sure
excellent
No fluff. Aces, man.

Can you explain how this causes widened pulse pressure?
Can anyone answer me a question " It is given in guyton and hall international edition 13 page 223 'when the cerebrospinal fluid pressure rises to equal the arterial pressure, it compresses the whole brain, as well as the arteries in the brain, and cuts off the blood supply to the brain' here if cerebrospinal fluid becomes equal to the arterial pressure how can it compress the arteries
I am 60- was just put on Hyzaar 100 mg and a statin, though I do not have high cholesterol. I have bad sleep apnea and am waiting on a mask. This am my BP was like 160/95 and my pulse around 60. When my BP goes up, my pulse goes down. I wonder if I have this or if the sleep apnea is affecting my BP? Thank you!
