I disagree. Check out some other interviews with CB. Dude is sharp and got a lot of wisdom. In my humble opinion this interview was absolute trash ! The two people next to him clearly didn’t do their homework on him, kept cutting him off, and brought nothing to the discussion

Multiple obstacles deter black people from success. Many times seeing someone you know, from your hood get a opportunity to elevate creates frustration and confusion. Which can conclude hatred because again, lack of opportunities as we exist in a racist structure built off restriction to black. But with those circumstances that your not apart of instead of being resentful and venomous. Try to follow the same measure that you know that person followed or maybe develop one similar for the same outcome. Then understand patience and consistency in any work your doing will pay off, anything before that is just a template for your aspiring success.
