@@NotMyRealNameLL, But it’s not. An SMG would imply that it is automatic. The Tec-9 is a pistol by legal definition, however, it is still listed as a “semi-automatic” variant of A military SMG, but still not an SMG.

There's so many things wrong with the AK RPK barrel and can are sure yeah that exists, but that optic is way too small in comparison to the real thing, the foregrip is a second pistol grip magically held in place by nothing, and there were only 40 round AK bake mags, not 50

I feel like I'm being called out with how some of these guns are exactly how I would do it

because the title "Cold War" is referring to COD Black Ops, the game which also features an AKS-74U in 1968. I believe the canon reason for these mix-ups is because (spoiler alert-ish) the game takes place in someone's memories, who is struggling to remember them therefore there are some inaccuracies

Now, without a joke, information from Wikipedia: the AKS-74U was developed in 1979. It's just an AK-74 in 1974. I hope it turned out without aggression.

@@mrcookie222while it is true that the AK-74 was not even in existence in 1968, the Vietnam missions in the game are supposedly fabricated to better control the protagonist's mind. While the rest of the game's story takes place in the 80's, it is plausible that those weapons could have been misplaced in these fabrications, as they were in existence when the "dreams" were made. It seems to be unknown what year the protagonist is physically in when in this state, so this could excuse the presence of post-cold war weapons, as the antagonist might not be the best when in comes to weapon history in his fabrications. Hope this makes sense, also you did not come off as aggressive, and it is quite an interesting dilemma

I disagree. They gave the fixed stock M16 a buffer tube, with a modern padding if I’m correct too. And where would the fore grip connect to, the tube hand guards of the M16 don’t have attachment points for rails. Otherwise, it’s not too bad.

Im suprised this was never done in fallout 4. Especially with weapon mods.
