Cursed by a Nigerian witch doctor

Ойын-сауық

Case 265: Marea Yann
For Marea Yann, two things mattered most in life - family and community. When the 69-year-old was found violently bludgeoned to death in her Healesville home, the small Victorian town was left shaken. It seemed impossible that anyone would want to hurt this doting grandmother and dedicated volunteer worker.
But as investigators learned more about Marea’s life, it quickly became clear that Marea had been living in fear of one person in particular.

How Pauline could side with the man that killed her mother? Her mother didn't deserve that! Maria was there for Pauline while being threated by her husband. She lost her life helping her daughter! She sides with this man against her own mother! I would give anything to have been gifted with a mother like hers! She cared for others & opened her heart to the less fortunate. Her kindness ultimately cost her her life. You, Pauline stand by the killer. You should be ashamed of yourself!

This Unamatu sounds like a hateful person, one of those husbands who says if you leave me ,I will destroy your family one by one over many years when you least expect. Pauline sounds like she should have listened to her mother. He was 52 worrying about money and they had no children to leave it too.

This story hit me hard. In many different ways. The mother who raised her 3 children after her man died - a big heart redy to help others for free ….. Food and clothing I’m so happy and grateful to hear that people like her still exist ❤ Sadly I didn’t understand the whole story. I’m a newbie lot to learn ! I’m 70 year old Swedish woman. Can someone please explain to me if the murder get free ? Or misunderstood it all ? Did her daughter divorce and then remarried another man ?? 🤷‍♀️ It is VERY HARD for me to understand it all . Deep in my ❤ I think of her as a “Mother Theresa” . 🙏❤️🙏🌟🌟🌟🙏

I am glad Australia canceled the double jeopardy in case more evidence was to be discovered and in case the jury was biased toward a celebrity or just got it wrong. In the US, an accused who was found not guilty of a crime can later taunt the victims' families and even confess to the murder, and law enforcement can't do anything about it.

She should have allowed her low self esteem daughter get away from the nigerian voodoo prince quickly, instead of acting like there was hope for the marriage.

Nigerian “culture” might seem exciting to westerners, but Nigerians operate from a very, very different “morality.” Too many westerners are naive about this. James was an absolute dangerous nightmare and Maria and her daughter should have abandoned the situation long before they finally woke up from their ridiculous continuing involvement with a psychopath. It’s nice to be a caring, helpful person…don’t be stupid, though.

Being a resident in USA, I'd never heard about Maria❤ This case may currently be labeled "unsolved" but I know in my soul IT IS NOT UNSOLVABLE! My prayers go out to Maria's family & law enforcement 🙏The TRUTH always comes to light! I believe every word of the Holy Bible and can assure you that the Lord KNOWS EXACTLY who took Maria's life. His judgment & anger toward evildoers NEVER STOPS! And there is a final judgment coming when the killer(s), and anyone else complicit or holding back pertinent information will stand face to face with Almighty God and be judged. It will be such a shame if there is no forgiveness & repentance before the Final Judgment of Christ. Family, be strong & hold on to hope! I can only imagine how unbearable this has been😢just know that even when you hurt & feel immense grief, God hasn't forsaken you. Even in tragedy & great sorrow, God still has a purpose no matter how bleak things look in our eyes🙏I know this to be TRUE in my own life. I can say 100% that you have more power working for you than against you! May God bless the memory of your sweet Mum❤The words of her kindness & sweet character TRULY touched my heart❣
