Great recipe Chef! My question is the Curry you use to season the goat was not cooked like the Curry paste. Does that take away from the dish? Also a great tip for the pepper- if you add the whole habanero to the pot and make sure it doesn't burst, you get the amazing flavor of the habanero without the heat. Love your videos!

So from other recipes i was told to wash the meat with white vinegar in few waters and then hit it with some lime. I have one pound of goat and one pound of beef stew mixture. Easing into the goat slowly lol Ya i'm scared. hahaha. Now i did not rinse off the lime so I'm not sure if i ruined the dish. Now it is marinating in olive oil, green and white onion, three cloves of garlic goat and duck curry, salt, pepper, crushed jamaican allspice corns, vegeta with no msg, and jerk seasoning and thyme I need to add ginger, celery, turmeric fennel, garam masala, cumin and coconut milk and bay leaf and yukon gold potatoes. Thanks this was a very helpful video that did not use a mix of seasonings in a packet I don't trust instant packets full of msgs. good presentation on the tomatoes but i am not sure what green with the tomatoes i assume it is basil or curry leaves or cilantro or parsley?

@@eatahfood turmeric is actually derived from the word saffron. So people tend to say turmeric is the gold saffron, even though they are two different spices. Turmeric is considered an extension of saffron, like a distant second cousin lol, but called turmeric because of the golden color.
