Good morning Dinesh and Vidia. I always enjoy watching you both cook. I have never seen soy sauce and sesame oil in curry. The curried fish and the curried chicken looked delicious as was the dahlpouri. My mother used to curry fish without frying it first. Vidia makes it look so easy making the dahlpouri but I don't like too much of the dahl mixture in mine. All in all, very well done. Tip: you could have sifted the fish tea so that you don't get the noodles in the fish. Hope you met up with your friend to give him the food. Happy Independence Day 🎉🎊🥳. Good morning Judy, we use soy sauce and sesame oil in most of our seasoning process, it adds a nice flavour. Curried fish without frying is very delicious, my dad used to like that. Wishing you a blessed and enjoyable weekend 💞🙏🏽
