Thanks so much for sharing this. Your video is the only one I found that actually made me get my mask working by letting me know you have to hold the button for 3 seconds. Thanks!

I watched countless videos trying to troubleshoot why my mask would not turn on. The instruction manual doesn't even mention the "3 seconds", LOL! I even emailed the company about this. So glad Millie explained it!
Are you filming with the Sony with the skin smoothing setting? Looks like it’s on.

I’m actually not sure! I’ve never turned it on but it might be pre set when you get the camera x
how long needs to get charged? and how often do you charge it like after how many uses?

I usually charge it over night when it dies and then don’t have to charge it for atleast a month afterwards!

It provide you a charging cable that is a USB so you can just plug it into your phone charger :) super easy
Can I use this on arms ?

Hmm not sure! I reckon you could do as they have the same masks for your neck, chest and even hands!
