If you are still trying just wanted to let you know I have PCOS and use Ovasitol- it'sna supplement that helps you ovulate and improves insulin sensitivity. Initially was using it for intense migraines but it completely regulated my periods AND my A1c went down too. Well researched and worth a shot. My periods are clockwork now and doctors say I no longer present with PCOS and are amazed that I changed so much in my mid 30's. Haven't started trying yet (didn't think there was a point before and now want life to settle a little bit with moving abroad) but am confident it won't be an issue now. Hope it helps
