I’m loving the uplifting of amayah. Quite often in mixed families the kids with the curly hair get praised. There’s another natural hair car lady with two kids with two different hair textures and she had to check her followers for harassing her about how to “get” her curly haired daughters hair. It got to the point of where her other daughter wished her hair was curly. Nurture and love ANY hair type and it will flourish. So many 4C girls don’t even stand a chance because of ignorance and the desire to hide it away

Allah means GOD 😂 therefore she says God because she is Christian and you say Allah because you’re muslim. They are just two different languages because Islam and Christianity started in different places and were initially spoken by different languages. The same with how some call him Jesus Christ but across other religions/cultures there is often a profit that goes by a different name like Mohammad for example. In the grand scheme of things we are all worshipping the same thing 😂 we just have different names n versions. No need to debate or correct others for the different names they use. 👌🏾

It’s shirk associating anyone with Allah but Christian’s worship a man as if he were a God “their lord and savior” we do not believe Isa (may peace be apon him) is in anyway associated with Allah besides being a messenger, aka We don’t believe Allah sent him down as his “child” made him self mortal or “died for our sins”. She keeps it in protective styles so it will be long. I love watching y'all

I'm SO loving this video because AMYAH is proof that you dont need to be MIXED or NONBLACK to have long beautiful hair. Shes the only non mixed person there besides Alena, yet Amyahs hair is the longest and healthiest. Akyli is still my favorite though because her features are mine.

All of this!! It just goes to show. It does not matter what texture you have but it is all about taking care of your hair. Her hair is beautiful.

Honestly, she basically doesn't let her mom do her hair anymore until now really. As she has mentioned in the video, their mom does all the other kids hair though and she can be quite rough and their hair breaks off, but I you can definitely see some positive changes in their hair which is great!

@@Cambrella2022 my point is about length considering that's the mythological struggle black women have.

I love the way she leads in showing the girls to love their natural hair! Yes, trying straight is different, but they absolutely love their curls! I’m trying to teach my boys to love and accept curls as well. My oldest sees me straighten my hair and says “I like it better that way” and I have to explain to him how black women need love and encouragement in their natural states, not just when they wear weaves or press their hair.

It's wonderful that you're teaching your boys this. Alot of times you see people say "let's teach our daughters how to love their hair," but forget self love only goes so far. I think teaching your boys that all hair types are beautiful will help make them in to wonderful men one day.

Looovveee their hairrr. When flat ironing, better to use a heat protectant serum rather than a leave in conditioner. I love the silky infusions one. I have 4c too. It gives it more of a silky finish, but most of all, puts a serum seal on their hair to protect it from heat. Best to apply before blow dry and a little before flat ironing. Also some wand curls during flat ironing would really add some life and bounce to their hair. Or some big rollers as a roller set. Just something to add some life to their ends. Idk how you do it though 😩
