Yeah, California is pricing their rents and sales of homes. I've watched several homeless documentaries and it seems like 1/3 of them are classified homeless because they are living in their cars, yet they have 40 hour work weeks. One lady was married, they got divorced, no kids, etc. She's a caregiver yet can't afford California rents. Hey, no problem, Texas and Oklahoma will take them. Our states are always hiring somewhere. 😃

I watched the one where you couldn't get the scale out of dumpster, that probably ate at you for awhile, didn't it? I also think it's funny when you get the stick & say your not getting in the dumpster & we all know your jumping in there.

That’s a Great haul Mike. I’m so happy for you. You got some really nice things. That rocker is Gorgeous it just needs some rust paint and you could keep it or sell it for a $100.00 or more. I picked up a dryer this morning and it payed out like a slot machine just loading it. got about 4 bucks in change just loading it. sounded like alot more unloading it so I am ready to take that one apart for sure. dont know why the people at the house did not notice all the change. there was several coins under it when I moved it. So keep throwing that money away folks. us scrappers will gladly take it for ya.

I used to grab exterior house paint mostly,sometimes interior house paint and sometimes spray paint! I went into painting addresses on the curbs of Houses. I did it here in Vegas when I first moved out here too.

Mikey-I either misheard or you misspoke when you said a common 40 or 50 gallon residential water heater can be scrapped for $50 or 60. They are all steel except for bit of copper and brass fittings.
