It’s illegal to pretend to be a lawyer. So unless Mocha Joe shut his coffee shop and studied in his free time to pass the bar exam and grow a moustache then I am pretty sure this is supposed to be a totally different character that just happens looks like Mocha Joe for comedic effect.

Yes, it's the same actor that plays Mocha Joe. That's what the joke is as to why there's such a resemblance between the two characters. The voice is even identical.

Damn took two guesses and wrong both times. It's the mocha Joe actor who is playing a different character. The literal joke is that he looks exactly like Mocha Joe and Larry can't tell if it is him trying to get revenge on him.

Am guessing Larry figured this is the last season, so he’s just phoning it in with lame or reused jokes.

Wasn't there a joke about lactose intolerance on Seinfeld? "I have no patience for lactose, and I won't stand for it." Maybe Larry is running out of material?

This was the first time I only laughed hard one time the whole episode . Jeff and Larry are desperate it seems and the racial comedy is forced

This new season sucks, and everyone knows it. The DNC cameos are embarrassing 😳 Larry David is officially lamer than the people he used to make fun of.

Thus far this season is the height of mediocrity.

This show needed to quit after the spite store season. It's completely awful now. Forced jokes, inorganic, remedial humor, and might as well be a mouthpiece for the DNC...
