16 seconds in and its already hilarious. “You know you love my cooking” and as she’s saying it, the look of disgust has already spread across his face and he instantly replies “it’s a little late for an invitation, is it not?” ROFL As for “it’s just not done”, both my wife and my brother will ask who else will be at a party before accepting an invite. Which I guess is why the invites were few and far between, even prior to covid

Suzy in a nutshell: “Hi Lahr!”, says Suzy happily -1 minute later- Suzy screaming, “@&$) you Larry!! Get the @$&@ out of my house!!! Get out!!”

I have never seen two people go at each other like this, and then act all friendly the next time they see each other.

If someone invites me to a party and if I ask who else is coming and they say they’re not going to say, I’m just telling them I’m not coming to their party. You never know, it could be someone who you can’t stand who’s going to be seated next to you for 2 hours. Better to avoid that situation.

That being said, it is indeed highly inconsistent and unfair to say you're not allowed to ask who is going to be at a party and then chastise the person for not knowing and making reasonable assumptions -- assumptions he wouldn't have had to make if he had just been told who was going to be there like he asked in the first place.

I know for a fact that I personally would like to know the invitee list prior to going to a function. I don’t wanna run into someone I don’t like. You should be able to know and base your decision on whether you’re going to attend or not based on who’s there....Maybe?
