We belong to rural area,this story happened to my dad after serving 14+ yrs at private firm and after 2+ months in searching new job and not getting any, at this stage of age. he goes into depression, tension; he committed su***e(2017).From then we are going through the toughest phase of our life. Oh my god this story was really heart touching. I felt back in my past life where i had worked 10+ yr n cause of new pathetic management i took movement. Employee never leave company. Employee always leave pathetic management n pathetic company norms

So glad that the old employee leave his new place and go back to the old job. Because usually in this channel, people after forgiving just go back to the old situation like nothing had happen. This video of not going back even though forgiven sounds more realistic.👍

Don't get disrespected by anyone just because you are an employee. Better to start your own small venture.

I agree. However, if we show this to bosses, they would argue saying, “Survival of the fittest. Eat or BE eaten” (Or some other similar answer which lacks sensitivity to the cry of employees asking not to take any stupid decision like the one shown here).

I was fired like this in a export firm 2 decade ago i was rookie and boss was not satisfied with my job . He shifted his office to other location .after shifting and settling down. He other staff secretely took interview to a new staff and may be selected him but i was kept in darkness after one month suddenly they gave me salary cheque on month ending and told me nicely dont come from tommorrow tears was coming from my eyes but i didnt showed , after i left i never bothered to call them or visit them . After 10 years that office again shifted to new address god knows again they fired and appointed new employee.

nice story , good people not easy to find, so keep them comfortable 😊

Yes. Years ago in my organisation, well experienced and old employees were always consulted on many accounting issues during fiscal, annual and other auditing times. Old is Gold.

Whoever made this video has given a real meaning of office favouritism just to save some money. in long run it is too late to realise the error of judgement.
