This is such a badass set up, John is a mad scientist! When you first showed this set up thought it was alittle over kill but I take back my previous opinion. Love that you can drive it in regular auto style as well.

We need more people like you, Greg. A true pioneer and someone that always pushes forward with a great attitude towards everyone.

Awesome awesome video Greg A, oh mar garsh that 05 is such a wicked truck now, it shifts so hard and solidly, and fast lol. I like how it’s both automatic and manual like the modern transmissions in a car with the factory paddle shifters lol, and the automatic lock up from 2nd gear up. Muldoon’s really knocked it out of the park with this one, and those parts from Suncoast it’s a match from heaven than can’t be beat lol.

That is so sweet it’s crazy where the Aftermarket world Is headed.

I watch a tiny fraction of the KZread content as a year or so ago so I'm not up to date I miss a lot of shit but I'm glad to see you doing well man. Always loved your content. It's refreshing that you've gained some success and kept that true down to earth feeling it seems. So many lose that the instant they start having serious growth

I like the studs on the transfer case. I was a ford tech for years. They use bolts and it can be teoublesome to get the bolts not to bind up. 🤔🤔🤔

Yanno for the money I spent on springs, spools and tuning the governor pressure...I got to say 5500 is a hard sell guys. I use an arduino to do the same thing without having to screw with paddles, it watches boost/apps/rpm and output shaft speed.

Hey Greg I have 2008.5 6.7 and I'm currently in the process of swapping the 68rfe been like a month and getting it back Friday or Saturday with a fully built 48re with the same pcs and everything any hiccups? And were paddle shifters simple and mind giving rough idea of cost? Cause I just put like 12k into swapping my trans

Also it's not done by mulldoons it's done by this shop pds in mass he use to be big into 3.0 truck pulls until his engine went twice but theres vids of his truck but appreciate a reply for any issues to look out for with the swap my man and been a subscriber for years now since your pulling truck keep the vids up
