Nice explanation

Sheathing colors are same between inlet and outlet. The connector color is what's different on Cummins NOx sensors. Inlet = Gray. Outlet = Black.

Well had a few accidently install in reverse (2010-2016) I know once the 2350 came on line with the box style connector I think they fixed that issue

is this sensor for a pickup or heavyduty truck?

Are you asking how to bypass it? That is illegal as this a emissions component. I think you are asking how to bypass it ?
