Cumbria Way. Attempt 2. Day 1. Ulverston to Coniston.

Day one of the Cumbria Way, Ulverston to Coniston. Supposedly 16miles.
Weather, perfect.
May 24.
Accommodation for the week.
Ulverston - The Kings Arms - Not the best to be honest, not sure I would recommend. No breakfast.
Coniston - The Yewdale Inn - Very nice, will definitely stay again. Fantastic Breakfast.
Langdales - The Old Dungeon Ghyll - Interesting old hikers hotel, lovely place to stay, bit spooky. Decent breakfast.
Seatoller - Glaramara Hotel - Loved this hotel, will stay again. Breakfast was buffet style which was great.
Keswick - Keswick Park Hotel - Decent place to stay, not overly special but central to Keswick which was good. Great Breakfast.
Caldbeck - Oddfellows Arms - Really lovely place to stay. Great Breakfast and evening meal.

First time sub here hare here. Love your relaxed presenting style, having watched a few CW vids to gain some knowledge for a future hike on the CW I always find there is a big gulf in presenting styles between men and women. Men ... head down, get the job done, quick sticks, rarrr. Women, random fine detail, sensitive approach, feelings, buttercups and niceness. Both ok with me as everyone has a style (CW is full of em) pun intended. Anyway, Thank you for sharing the start of this epic adventure, I`m hooked, with a bit of luck one day when your magic boots have reached maximum effervescence and the YT algorithm pulls you up from your laces, before you know it you will be making hiking vids for a living, only then you can do up that old shack off the beaten track, two logs on, Vim under the sink and a bird feeder on the porch. Good luck.👍

Fab film and looking forward to the rest. Can I ask what camera you use to record the films? Thanks.

Thankyou. I use DJI action 4 for the moving parts and Canon 7D mk ii with I think the lens is 24mm - 105mm for the zoomy things and scenery stuff :)
