Cumbres & Toltec rotary plow (CBS special 1991)

You may have to turn the volume up. It looks like this was a TV special on CBS at one point. I've always been fascinated by North American narrow gauge railroads and recently I was given some VHS tapes of the D&RGW and Cumbres & Toltec railways in Colorado. I had them transferred to a thumb drive so I could watch them since I don't have a VCR and thought it was worth uploading them to KZread since I spent quite a bit having them scanned.

I love the Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railroad. #488 is my favorite steam locomotive. I love how they push the Rotary OY plow the snow. I have few DVDs of the Rotary OY 1991.

Thanks for watching! I rode the D&RGW narrow gauge when I was in elementary school and absolutely loved the experience.

I have other narrow gauge tapes on my channel if you'd be interested, I got this and two other D&RGW films for free at a live steam club a while back.
1993 they used 3 locomotives to push the rotary!

They use the Rotary OY with 2 locomotives in 1994 and 1995. And they use 3 locomotives with the Rotary OY in 1997.
