last talk I watched from CEO summit and it was one of the best. Lots of words I will be using like kander and speaking up. I have this exact problem with my dad who shoots the messenger (me) when I bring him constructive feedback and the incentive to just not do that is so great, it keeps him blind and me unshot.... but I don't like it one bit
