Cultural Humility Series: Anishinaabe

Cultural humility, the ability to maintain an interpersonal stance that is other-oriented, is key to advancing racial equity and health equity. It is an understanding that re-humanizing others is a process we must continuously play a part in-an invaluable journey without a destination.
In this series, we meet individuals from across Minnesota who have so much to teach us. We learn about language, faith, food, art, wellness and more from the Dakota, Anishinaabe, Hmong, and African American communities. Join us on this journey as we seek to collectively deepen our stance of cultural humility.
