Let me share this Hadith with you, I find some much comfort in it Al Hamdou Lillah : Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Allah says, 'I have nothing to give but Paradise as a reward to my believer slave, who, if I cause his dear friend (or relative) to die, remains patient (and hopes for Allah's Reward). Don't Skip Do This ❤ Prophet Mohammad (ﷺ) Said Whoever fasts the month of Ramadan and then follows it with six days of fasting in the month of Shawwal, it will be as if he had fasted for a year.” Sahih Muslim, 1164) or (2745) How to fast in Shawwal 1 You can fasted immediately after Eid it's fine. 2 You can fasted them separately still fine. 3 You can fasted them on Monday, Thursday .( Also it's sunnah) 4 You can fast them anytime in Shawwal. Just couple of weeks ago someone a family member accused me of something that I have never done it really hurt me and I just prayed to god to guide her and show my family the truth and the truth came out. @07:42 I have experienced this. a sibling of mine, jealous I knew due to my parents caring for me more as I always listened to them and did all the islamic things they told me, she was always going against my parents, soon I noticed after we both got married she was telling my parents bad things about me assuming I'm a bad person, my mum being easily influenced believed everything. My father Alhamdulillah whom I learnt all about Islam and have love for Allah even more so from, never tried to listen to her. She then continued to dominate my parents home even though she was married with kids. And has continued to brainwash the rest of my younger siblings with views she thinks are appropriate and things she finds good and right in the world, whether it is islamic or not; but its her point of view, so they were all meant to listen. She is definitely a sign of those children before day of judgement who take over and dominate their parents, a tlk I heard by yasir qadhi on signs before the day of judgement. May Allah protect and save us all from such people and make us stronger in our imaan. Aameen.

Wow 🤩 well done! 🎉. I’m adding this sheikh to my list of ppl I will listen to and value their content. Him and Sheikh Hamza Yusuf thus far have been able to shed light on Islam in a positive light Feedback to his team: great great job in 1) putting the verses and quoting the references on screen 2) wonderful idea in bringing in a kitchen concept to his presentation. Always seeing him on a podium creates one image , this brings him into your living room/kitchen … personalizes him, shows normalcy … don’t know if it’s his home or not but it really brings out a different value… him walking to the kitchen , making tea , etc.. maybe next time we will see him walking into a living room space to share his tea with us .., I love that this sheikh gently calls out things within its own ppl… via stories … he does so in a non judgmental way … I think with all that is happening in the world having folks like him present a non violent view of religion may diffuse a lot of the tension that’s been building …
