A lot less stainless which then makes you crazy trying to always keep it clean. 30,000 btu is just fine for high temp and you can have this out in space and walk around it without reaching over the top of any food

I actually purchased this because I think it’s fantastic. Then the next day I saw the Fuego F21C-H Element Hinged Propane Gas Grill and you can get a 21 inch griddle top for it. I canceled the Cuisinart order and got this. I know the Cuisinart is fantastic but I can do the same thing as the Cuisinart and I can still have a regular grill. But thank you for the info it’s great and there’s nothing wrong with people buying the Cuisinart I just wanted To have it all in one. I love your channel thank you

As someone who went the same route, I can say that 21 inches while enough room, isn't nearly as nice as having a giant griddle. Cuisinart also sells a combo 21 inch griddle, grill and pizza oven if you're looking for a smaller combo.

How thick is the griddle top? I can't find this information anywhere which is odd for a griddle made of cold rolled steel as it tends to be advertised.

Does it stay lit when it's windy? Are the burners guarded against the wind?

Can you help me decide?? Im debating between the 360XL or the smaller 360 model?? Its just my wife and I , our kids have moved out, so im wondering if the smaller 360 would do the job?? The XL model is double the price. Any input appreciated

How thick is the griddle itself ? Is it 1" thick like it looks like, or are the edges bent down around and the griddle is thin...?

WARNING! If you buy one of these be sure to inspect every part carefully. If there is any damage to the main griddle body that includes the control box DO NOT contact the pathetic cuisinart support but return the entire thing for replacement. Mine came with damage to the drip tray and control box. Rather than replace the entire griddle body as originally supplied the idiots at cuisine art just replaced the drip tray and the control box sheet metal facia requiring me to disassemble the ENTIRE griddle body and control box to replace the parts. This with no instructions also. Assembly time went from 1 hour to 4 hours and lots of frustration

Very easy with a smoke tube for about $10 or simply wood chips in a tin foil packet with holes punched with a fork.
