I hope to post videos more regularly going forward. I blame it on too much caving.

Wow! That helictite chamber is breath taking. Now I know I'll have a nightmare of being in there, losing my footing, then flailing my arms to catch my clumsy self, while at the same time destroying thousands of years of helictiite growth! Yikes! Thank you so much for showing off all this glory. Fantastic!

Holy Helictites Batman! Those passages will give even the best areas of Lechuguilla a run for their money! Is there a write up of the discovery of that part of the cave in an NSS issue?

Great use of music in editing the cuts. It really made for entertaining viewing. I wish the titles stayed on the left because the titles on the right got coved by your channel image in that corner. Love the new camera look! What camera did you shoot with?

Strange about the titles. Mostly shot on a Sony A7iii with 20mm lens.

So that English voice was David Rose the climate change denier? (or has he finally admitted that he was wrong about that?)

  • @DerekBristol

Same David Rose. You'll have to ask him directly about his views on climate science.

@@DerekBristol It was very bad for (UK) society and the planet in general that he was given the megaphone of The Mail on Sunday to spread misinformation for several years. He's otherwise a perfectly decent chap, a good caver, and an excellent writer, but it's very hard to forgive the people who were deep in the denial machine during that critical period 10-15 years ago. That work delayed action by a decade or so, which is ~400 billion tonnes of CO2e, which amounts to a lot of misery, mostly visited on the have-nots of the world.
