Cubot are a great company putting out cheap but high quality smart phones, i started with the original kingkong mini and immediately fell in love with it, the size build quality and the phones operation are brilliant, they are out of this world for the prices they sell for. i upgraded to the king kong mini 2+ for its much bigger battery size and upgraded processor, picked the 2+ up for $130 on release day, Cubot build very good phones

I read somewhere that Cubot KingKong Mini phones have only 10 fps rear camera video shooting. I have Mini 2, and checked that it has actually variable rate video shooting, and could at least about 15 fps temporary maximum fps, but I still wonder why no more. And oddly the front camera can do somewhat greater fps video.

This is definitely a very good choice for the people who need smaller smartphones

Late at commenting due to a storm . Honestly its not for me as the screen is low resolution but i get why they did that as it preserves more battery life at a small phone factor but i love that aspect ratio! Great job finding this gem han! #HTTsquad

That’s a fantastic móvil phone. Great performance and functions. Not an average screen but great quality at all. The worts thing… and maybe the only one… is her battery. I can’t have more than 4 screen use hours… maybe 5… but no more. I wish for a larger battery in next one. Because the size is simply perfect

@@HansTechTalk Well, your link takes us to Alibaba, which is a Chinese outlet, and the seller is based in the Chinese city Zhenshen. Could you elaborate? I lived in China for 7 years, and any phones sold outside Hong Kong are very problematic when you want to use them in Western countries. So, this makes me feel unsafe. It is super important for any western buyers that all the Google stuff is working 100%, and often it does not since Google and all western services are banned by the Chinese government, so the phones are set up accordingly. Too often some things are working but not everything. Also, be careful everyone, many find malware installed on these cheap Chinese phones that comes directly from mainland China. You did not answer my other questions, so I will answer them myself based on other sources I found: Some say there is no NFC, others say there is NFC. So who knows. And the weight is higher than the previous model, at 149 grams. A bit heavier than the Iphone 13 mini, still quite light for a rugged.

Bad news, cant be use on México, Usa And Canadá :'(
